We are hiring for our San Francisco office!
We are looking to hire an experienced financial accountant to handle our clients’ accounts. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full cycle of accounting duties for multiple small businesses. This includes bookkeeping, reconciling accounts, preparing financial statements, and meeting/consulting with clients in regard to their financials on a monthly basis.
To ensure success as a financial accountant with our firm, you should have advanced knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting systems, strong verbal and telephone communication skills, excellent project management skills, and a good eye for detail.

Responsibilities:
- Managing the full cycle of accounting activities for clients’ businesses, including month-end closings
- Financial reporting to multiple clients
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Bank cash management
- General data support
- Maintaining the accuracy of the general ledger.
- Preparing monthly and quarterly financial statements.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years previous experience in Accounting positions.
- Advanced knowledge of QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online accounting software
- Microsoft Office product proficiency, especially within Excel
- Ability to adhere to strict deadlines
- Familiarity with a multi-client environment
- Strong communication skills
- Degree in Accounting, or Business with an emphasis on Accounting

Pay Scale: $80,000 – $110,000, commensurate with experience
